Privacy Policy
How DoubleMay handles account, upload, job, and generated image workflow data in the current service.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to DoubleMay, an AI image workflow service. DoubleMay lets signed-in users upload reference images, create image generation jobs, and view generated results from a private account workspace.
This first version describes the service as currently implemented. If we add material integrations such as analytics or payment processing later, this page should be updated to reflect those changes.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the current service:
- Account and authentication data, such as your email address and account identifiers from our authentication provider.
- Job data, such as selected job type, notes you provide, status, timestamps, job events, and operational metadata.
- Uploaded input images, generated output images, and related asset metadata such as object keys, content type, file size, and upload status.
- Technical and security information that may be processed by our app, Supabase, Cloudflare, hosting, storage, database, authentication, or runtime providers when requests are made, such as request metadata and logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to run DoubleMay and provide the service you request.
- Authenticate your account and send magic-link sign-in emails.
- Create, submit, process, retry, display, and track image generation jobs.
- Upload input images, store generated outputs, and provide private signed access to completed results.
- Debug service problems, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
4. Image storage and private processing
Input and output images are private by default. The browser uploads input images to private object storage using short-lived signed URLs generated by the app. Completed results are accessed through private app routes that redirect to short-lived signed storage URLs.
Private workers pull jobs from the job database, process images through a private generation environment, upload results to private object storage, and update job status. The generation worker environment is not exposed as a public service.
5. Third-party services
The current service uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate DoubleMay, including Supabase, Cloudflare, authentication, database, private object storage, hosting, and runtime providers.
Analytics and payment processing are not part of the current code version. If analytics or paid features are added, this policy should be updated before or alongside that launch.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not provide a public gallery by default.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate DoubleMay, when required by law, or when needed to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of users, the service, or others.
7. Retention
We keep account, job, upload, and result data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain job history, troubleshoot issues, and manage the product. Abandoned upload jobs may be cancelled and their expected private storage objects may be deleted.
DoubleMay is an early service and does not guarantee permanent storage of generated images or job data. Download any result you need to keep.
8. Your choices
You can choose not to upload images or create jobs. Signed-in users can view their own jobs and completed results from their private workspace.
If you want to request deletion or correction of account or job data, contact us using the contact information below. We may need to retain limited information where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
9. Children
DoubleMay is not directed to children or teenagers under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Security
We use practical safeguards such as private storage, account-scoped job access, and short-lived signed URLs. No internet service is completely secure, so you should avoid uploading images you are not comfortable processing through the service.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as DoubleMay changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
