Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DoubleMay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

DoubleMay is an AI image workflow service. Users upload reference images, create generation jobs, and view generated results from a private account workspace.

The service is in an early MVP stage. Features, workflows, capacity, processing speed, and availability may change as the product develops.

3. Accounts

The current service uses email magic-link authentication through an authentication provider. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your DoubleMay account.

You agree to provide accurate information where required and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

4. Your images and content

You are responsible for the images, notes, prompts, and other materials you upload or submit. You should only upload content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to process through the service.

You keep any rights you have in your uploaded content. By using DoubleMay, you grant us the limited permission needed to upload, store, process, generate, display, and provide access to results for your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DoubleMay to create, upload, request, or distribute content or activity that:

• is illegal or violates applicable laws or regulations;
• sexualizes minors or depicts minors in exploitative contexts;
• creates or attempts to create non-consensual intimate imagery;
• harasses, abuses, threatens, impersonates, or deceives others;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• attempts to bypass security, rate limits, account controls, or service restrictions;
• interferes with the operation, reliability, or security of DoubleMay or its providers.

6. Generated results

AI-generated results may be imperfect, unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing results before using or sharing them.

DoubleMay does not guarantee that any result will meet your expectations, preserve identity or garment details perfectly, or be free from visual errors.

7. Availability and storage

Generation jobs may take time, fail, be retried, or be unavailable depending on worker capacity, generation system availability, upstream services, network conditions, or operational issues.

DoubleMay does not guarantee permanent storage of uploads, generated images, or job history. Download any result you need to keep.

8. Payments and future features

Payment is not part of the current first version, even though the product may include credit or priority concepts. Paid capacity, credit packs, or third-party payment processing may be added later.

If paid features launch, additional checkout terms, refund rules, and provider terms may apply.

9. Third-party services

DoubleMay relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase, Cloudflare, authentication, database, private object storage, hosting, and runtime providers. These services may have their own terms and policies.

Analytics tools are not part of the current code version. If analytics are added later, the legal pages should be updated to match that implementation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to DoubleMay if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or used the service unlawfully or abusively.

We may also change, pause, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DoubleMay is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoubleMay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, images, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms of Service as DoubleMay changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
